"Urban Layers of Perception" is an immersive video installation that explores personal experiences in Eindhoven through a sensory journey. Initially conceived to challenge my own biases during a residency, the project uses interviews and a character-led narrative to reveal the city through its people and places.

By allowing participants to shape the protagonist’s path, the installation offers a unique exploration of Eindhoven, uncovering new perspectives. Using 3D scanning to capture the evolving urban landscape, the piece invites viewers to see the city with fresh eyes, embracing uncertainty and appreciating its complexity. Displayed at "De Fabriek" in June 2023, the project combines dynamic visuals with spatial sound for a fully immersive experience.
